 We service the major brand name products including: GENICOM®, HEWLETT PACKARD®,XEROX, LEXMARK®, and IBM®. We also maintain privileged relationships with these brand name manufacturers in order to offer state of the art support.

Onsite service by certified technicians
 within 4 hours response time we offer onsite repair of your printers with original parts.

Our depot repair centre offers a complete and prompt service
 You can bring us your equipment or we offer a pick-up and delivery service. Your equipment will be repaired within 3 business days.

Loaner service
 We have loaner printers available while your printer is in our depot repair centre.

Upgrade service
 We offer a printer upgrade service to enable you to replace your defective or outdated printers.

Local or National maintenance contracts
The contract can cover local or national needs. It includes the cost of parts and labour and the response time is 4 hours.
