The Technocentre VM Inc. guarantee covers each "compatible" cartridge (material and labour) for a one year period against all problems.

Each Technocentre VM Inc. cartridge is assembled according to strict quality control standards in order to assure a performance as good or even better than the original.

We will replace or refund the price of every faulty cartridge, if they didn’t undergo any modification.

Technocentre VM Inc. also guarantees that the cartridges will never damage your printer. If it was the case, we commit ourselves to repair  and, if needed, to replace the parts or equipments that are faulty. The customer will have to be able to give a reasonable proof of the cartridge failure.

The responsibility of Technocentre VM Inc. is limited to the cases mentioned above. We will not be held responsible of any other indirect damage caused by the use of these cartridges.
